BRCA plus OncoKitDx

We are pleased to announce our BRCA Plus OncoKitDx for NGS molecular analyzes of the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes, compatible with the Illumina MiSeq. The Miseq is an integrated instrument that performs clonal amplification, sequencing and data analysis in one run.

The BRCA Plus OncoKitDx is limited for the detection of germline and somatic variants in DNA from both peripheral blood and tumor tissue. Use this qualitative analysis to identify point variants, small insertions/deletions, coding and non-coding exons, splice sites, and in the UTR regions of the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes. Analysis is by multiplex PCR amplification for amplicons approximately 150 bp in length, followed by purification. The sequence analysis is performed using a high-throughput sequencing technology.
