For Influenza A and B, the kit targets M2-M1 genes and NEP-NS1 genes, labeled with HEX fluorophore. For Human Respiratory Syncytial Virus A and B, the kit targets L gene, labeled with Texas Red fluorophore.

The SENTI-GENE® Pluri CoV-2-FLU-RSV kit also includes primers and probes specific for a housekeeping gene, human RNase P, labeled with Cy5 fluorophore, which serves as an endogenous Internal Control (IC) for the assay. This IC allows for monitoring of the quality of the RNA extraction and PCR amplification processes, ensuring the accuracy of the results. The kit also includes a Positive Control (PC), in liquid form, which serves as a quality control measure to confirm assay performance.
