This kit has been specifically designed to facilitate the release of RNA and DNA from a wide variety of sample types including nasopharyngeal swabs, nasopharyngeal/endonasal aspirates, saliva, urine, serum/plasma and oral, anal, vaginal or urethral swabs.
High throughput prefilled microplates
This Lysis Kit is prefilled with ready-to-use lysis buffer in split 96-well microplates, allowing high-throughput sample preparation with minimal handling. Enzymatic digestion using an endopeptidase enzyme is completed in 10 minutes at 56°C in a thermocycler. This rapid method eliminates the need for additional nucleic acid extraction or purification steps, significantly reducing processing time and complexity.

The BIOSYNEX AMPLIQUICK® Lysis Kit is validated for use with the BIOSYNEX range of RT-PCR and PCR diagnostic kits, including tests for SARS-CoV-2, respiratory pathogens (Influenza A/B and RSV), Bordetella species, sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and Leptospira interrogans.
