The EZER™ Dengue NS1 Rapid Test is a chromatographic lateral flow immunoassay for the qualitative detection of Dengue NS1 antigen in human whole blood, serum, or plasma. Designed for early-phase screening, this test identifies Dengue virus infections during the first few days of illness—when NS1 antigen levels are highest and IgM/IgG antibodies may still be undetectable.
The test covers all four serotypes of Dengue virus (DEN-1, 2, 3, 4) and can be used as a frontline diagnostic tool in clinical laboratories and outbreak settings. With a time-to-result of just 10 minutes and overall agreement of 99.4%, it delivers rapid and confident results to guide early intervention and case management.
Each test kit includes a dropper, sample buffer, and cassette-based test device. The result is visualized through red control (C) and test (NS1) lines. A positive Dengue NS1 result indicates active viral antigenemia, typically within the first 1–5 days of symptom onset.

The test detects Dengue NS1 antigen through immunochromatographic analysis. If NS1 is present in the sample, a red line appears in the NS1 test region (T) along with the control (C) line.
Dengue NS1 is a non-structural protein secreted into the bloodstream during early Dengue virus infection. Unlike antibodies that take days to appear, NS1 antigen is detectable as early as Day 1 of fever.
