The SwiftX™ cfDNA Extraction Kit provides rapid and sensitive cfDNA extraction from plasma, serum, cerebrospinal fluid, and urine, offering a streamlined workflow for research applications such as oncology, prenatal testing (NIPT), and infectious disease studies. Designed for manual purification of cell-free DNA, the method delivers high-quality cfDNA in under 15 minutes, significantly faster than conventional silica-based protocols, while handling sample volumes ranging from 0.5 mL to 5 mL and beyond.
The extraction chemistry is built on a magnetic bead–based system optimized for maximum cfDNA recovery. Buffer CFB promotes efficient binding of cell-free DNA to the paramagnetic Beads C, Buffer CFW maintains DNA–bead association while removing contaminants, and Buffer CFE enables high-yield elution suitable for downstream applications. This combination ensures clean, amplification-ready cfDNA compatible with qPCR, digital PCR, isothermal amplification, microarrays, and next-generation sequencing platforms.
SwiftX™ cfDNA is intended for research use only and supports fast liquid biopsy processing, enabling laboratories and assay developers to accelerate analysis workflows without compromising sensitivity or accuracy. Reagents are stored at 2–8 °C and remain stable for up to 3 months after first use, ensuring consistent performance in routine and high-throughput settings.
