Trichinella spiralis IgG ELISA Kit
Trichinella spiralis IgG ELISA Kit Trichinellosis is caused by Trichinella spiralis, a parasitic nematode of pork, horse and wild animals. Humans can be infected by eating raw or undercooked meat from infected animals. Most infected people do not show any symptoms. However, in some cases, symptoms appear during intestinal stage (diarrhea and abdominal pain<9 and muscular stage (muscle pain, fever, edema). Diagnosis is based signs and symptoms, but, in many cases it is not conclusive for the diagnosis. Serological assays has an important place on the final diagnosis of the disease. Our ELISA kit have shown appropriate performances for the serological screening of trichinellosis.
