Nucleosomal ctDNA (n-ctDNA) is a highly specialized reference material designed to offer the lowest mutation background noise available in the industry. With its exceptionally low error rate, it allows for achieving the lowest possible Limits of Blank (LOB), Detection (LOD), and Quantification (LOQ) in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) assays, including Minimal Residual Disease (MRD) tests.
This reference material, derived from SensID’s proprietary lymphoblastoid cell line (BDXXP4), is carefully characterized human cfDNA, ensuring high-quality performance. It also offers excellent library conversion rates, making it ideal for liquid biopsy research and diagnostics. Thanks to its patient-like fragmentation pattern, it is particularly well-suited for use in laboratory settings, R&D departments, and clinical studies. Custom production from other cell lines is available upon request.
